To assist the Training & Development Manager in increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge within CTC Group workforce through provision of training and learning strategies to support staff and managers, and manage the training coordination and implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field from a reputed university.
  • PHR (is a plus).

Minimum Experience:

  • 5-7 years of operational experience in a Human Resources function.
