Manage Help Desk operation and personnel in support of the company's IT systems; lead future development, enhancements and maintenance of call management/tracking systems and operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a reputed university.

Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs or a professional certification(s) in relevant line(s) of IT.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years of operational experience in an Information Technology function. (2-3) years of Managerial experience.
  • Experience of managing IT installation or expansion projects vis-à-vis Help Desk Operations. Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP applications.
