Provide necessary administrative assistance for facilitating smooth flow of operation in the department in carrying out processes and procedures. Provide assistance to the  Branch Manager in day to day operations for managing departmental activities.         

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Experience:
  • 3 years of experience of purchasing activities, preferably in the commercial sector. 

Required Skills: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Must be self-directed. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
