To provide technical support up on requests to the IT Help Desk in order resolve IT hardware and software problems, within department time and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSc in Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and software applications used by the company, acquired through technical training. 

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Required Skills: 

  • Strong skills in all application packages used by the company.
  • Trouble shooting skills in resolving hardware and software problems,
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Customer focus
  • English Language 
Working under pressure
