Lead the quality function, define and plan CTC Group's quality approach. Provide advice and expertise to management on developing, implementing and monitoring compliance of the Company’s quality policies and procedures through effective International Management Systems (ISO).  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related Business field.
  • Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as quality management theory, auditing techniques, quality awareness.

Minimum Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in a similar field.
  • 5 years’ management/supervisory experience.

Required Skills:

  • Detailed and expert understanding of quality management theory and philosophy.
  • Thorough knowledge of operational auditing techniques and best practice.
  • English Language 
  • Health & Safety Systems 
  • Knowledge of Policy & Procedure 
  • Quality Management Systems 
  • Business Skills & Understanding 
  • Financial Awareness.
  • Computer Literacy.
