To provide a generalist human resource services to meet CTC’s manpower requirements and needs in a timely and systematic manner through recruitment and providing employee relations services to retain good employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration or any other relevant degree.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in human resources and personnel.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Job analysis.
  • English Language.
  • Knowledge of Policy & Procedure.
  • Data Gathering & Analysis skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Performance Management.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Multi tasking and prioritizing skills.
