Digitech Telecom Service Centre is responsible for all forms of repair for mobile and communication products in warranty and out of warranty repair.

To increase customer satisfaction LG Service has expanded its service coverage umbrella so as to cover Greater Khartoum (Khartoum, Khartoum North and Omdurman) by 12 collection points which are directly connected to the main Service Centre. Accordingly, our customers could visit the nearest collection point to place their handsets for repair and receive them within 24 hours and ready for use.

Moreover, and in upcountry regions, there are many Authorized Service Centres for GSM and CDMA namely in Medani, Gadarif, Port Sudan, Atbara and Kosti. The plan is to open new ASCs to cover the North of Sudan, West and South.

LG Service Centres are measured and driven by Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) as the main driver of customer satisfaction amongst others:
