CTC FARMS Nursery Inauguration

The CTC Farms Nursery was inaugurated on Saturday, 3rd December, 2011 by the First Vice President, H.E. Ustaz Ali Osman. The Governor of Khartoum, H.E. Abdel Rahman Khidir, the Deputy Governor of Khartoum H.E. Siddig Al-Sheikh, the State Minister of Agriculture H.E. Eng. Azhari Khalafallah, and Dr. Tag Aldin Osman Saeed, the General Manager of the State Ministry of Agriculture attended the opening and toured the facility with Dr. Amin Abdellatif, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Ahmed Abdellatif, CTC Group President. H.E. the First Vice President expressed his admiration for the role of CTC Group in developing agriculture in the Sudan and stated that “the nursery is more of an industry than agriculture”. The Nursery is the first of its kind in Sudan to apply modern technologies to reach a production capacity of 15 million seedlings per year .
