The Estates Investment and Development Company (EIDCO) was established in 1970 to address the growing demand for quality real estate in Sudan. EIDCO is working on various projects in the hospitality, residential, and commerical real estate fields - all of which are to be planned, designed, and executed to world class standards with the goal of firmly establishing itself as a leading player in the Property Development in the Sudanese market.
EIDCO is currently overseeing the final design stages of the CTC Group Headquarters which is being remodeled into a state of the art building complex comprising of premium office and retail space as well as parking facilities. This project is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
